Get to know each other, discuss wants/needs, budget, and evaluate property.
02 Project Estimate
Provide a detailed estimate. (firm fixed price with
add-on capability)
03 Contract Discussions
Review estimate and initial budget. Finalize and sign Builder-Owner Contract.
04 Design Meetings
Review personalized plan with a design and construction professional. Meeting broken up into
pre-design/conceptual, initial, and final design meeting.
05 Construction
Watch your vision materialize. Keep up to date with progress photos and site reports.
06 Completion
Conduct final walk through and approvals.

HOW DO I FIND A LOT?
If you are not currently working with a REALTOR, our preconstruction team will match you with one of the area’s many professional and knowledgeable agents to find a perfect lot. In many cases, our team will work side by side with real estate agents to determine the feasibility of potential land purchases.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN AND BUILD A NEW CUSTOM HOME?
In general, the design phase can take one to three months, while the construction phase is a 5- to 8-month process. Many factors can affect all phases such as weather, availability of construction slots and client selection turnaround times.
WHAT STYLE OF HOME DO YOU BUILD?
We build houses of all sizes, shapes and architectural styles, and we love all of the homes that we build equally.
